Included are the magnetic clamps for sharpening at 21 degrees, and another for 18 degrees. The clamps are easily interchangeable depending on the required sharpening angle of a specific knife.  Also, the angle can be precisely adjusted as much as +/- 1.5 degrees by turning the fine adjustment dial on the sharpener. The clamps  can accommodate most chefs knives that have a blade width of at least 30 mm.

NOTE: Sharpening stone and knife is not included and you are encouraged to purchase a high quality stone or use the one you may already own.

The Whetsharp WX1 and associated clamps are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the purchase date. This warranty excludes damages from misuse or alteration, and normal wear and tear. Furthermore, the warranty is valid only for non-commercial usage.
